I was born and raised in Greece, but did my academic studies in England. I then lived and worked in London for 20 years. Since the year 2000 I have been one of the leading holistic therapists in England and Greece. I left a successful career as a lawyer to devote myself to holistic wellbeing and inner natural beauty after experiencing the tremendous benefits of energy work and natural ingredients on my own mind, body, soul and skin.
I have studied for many years the positive effects of natural extracts and the unique power of crystals and have deepened my knowledge by traveling the world in order to follow the proven methods and practices of my masters. I then became myself a Certifed Reiki Master Teacher, a Crystal Healer and Herbalist. I am also trained in aromatherapy and nutrition and I am a Member of the International College of Holistic Medicine in England.
Since 2013 my Holistic House in Klagenfurt, Austria has been the place, where I have been passionately continuing my mission to help people de-stress, to self-develop and re-discover their inner strength, potential and self-healing powers.
Through Reiki and crystal healing I have empowered large numbers of women and men to re-connect with themselves, re-balance their minds, souls and feelings and ultimately find the long- lost energetic harmony they have been missing.
My Reiki seminars, which I love to teach with personal dedication, have been an incredible tool in the journey of each of my students towards personal transformation. I am committed to support anyone with their personal re-set through an abundance of peaceful and positive energy.
I had set up two Holistic Centres, in Athens and London, where my passionate work with holistic treatments attracted a big international clientele including many celebrities. Their success stories reached the press so quickly that I was voted by the “London Paper” as ‘one of the 50 Gurus of Wellbeing’. I have also been described as the ‘Greek Guru of inner beauty’ and I have been a cover girl for ‘Lifescape’ the leading naturallifestyle magazine in England. I have also worked as contributing wellbeing expert in various English publications, such as ‘Glamour’ and ‘Vogue’ and have appeared on numerous radio and TV shows.
